Arthritis

The US National Library of Medicine says that “If you feel pain and stiffness in your body or have trouble moving around, you might have arthritis.

“Most kinds of arthritis cause pain and swelling in your joints. Joints are places where two bones meet, such as your elbow or knee. Over time, a swollen joint can become severely damaged. Some kinds of arthritis can also cause problems in your organs, such as your eyes or skin.”

Many people suffer from this condition, particularly people in their late 50’s or older, but even younger people have been known to get some forms of arthritis.

Arthritis is a term that covers numerous medical conditions. Some infections or allergic reactions may bring on the condition for a short-term. Physically stressful jobs can result in arthritis, as can injuries, and even some foods. Hereditary factors can also come into play.

“I have one knee with severe arthritis and one with slight arthritis. After walking all over Las Vegas for the last five hours, both were feeling very swollen and sore. I had the skin cream rubbed into the severe knee and within just two or three minutes, it was very, very, very comfortable. And now it feels better than my mildly affected knee. I am so amazed.” – K.H.
