There are times though when bruises can signify an underlying health condition that needs to be addressed – especially those bruises that seem to appear for no reason at all and won’t go away or if you bruise easily and frequently.
In such cases, you should consult your physician for a diagnosis and possible treatment.
Everyday bruises, on the other hand, are usually simply annoying. Some people that bruise too easily, but are generally healthy, have found that they may be deficient in Vitamin C.
