Our 90-day promise

Try Corium 21 for up to 90 days. If it isn't right for you, we'll refund your purchase, even if the jar is opened. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@corium21.com within 90 days of receiving your order, and include your order number. You don't need to tell us why.

Keep the jar. You don't need to send anything back, whatever the size.

What's covered

  • Opened and used jars
  • Every size: the 8 oz jar, Two-, Three- and Four-Packs, the Quart and the Gallon
  • Sale and special-offer items
  • Multi-packs

What's not covered

  • Free Samples. They're free, and the $3.95 sample shipping is not refunded.
  • Original shipping charges. Refunds cover the product price only.
  • Gift cards.
  • More than one refund per customer.

Damages and issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or not what you ordered, email a photo of it to support@corium21.com with your order number within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll send a replacement. You don't need to send the item back.

If your package hasn't arrived 10 days after it shipped, email us with your order number and we'll reship it.

Order changes and cancellations: contact us the same day you place your order. We can't change or cancel an order after that day.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or scent is to request a refund for the item you have, then place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. This is in addition to our 90-day promise.

Refunds

Once we approve your refund, it goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
